About the Chef

I grew up in a rural market town near Nakhon Sawan in central Thailand, where food was central to my upbringing. It was at the local market where I would help my aunt and mother prepare and cook the food, which we would sell at our busy stall.
By the time I’d left school, after helping cook countless family meals, I’d learned the recipes I use today.
Now, after 30 years experience, and after lots of encouragement from my UK friends and family, I’m ready to share a little taste of Thailand with you. I hope you enjoy!
